There are 2 options for letters:
1-6 letters the base price starts at $325
7-14 letters base price is $465
The maximum letters we recommend is 14, however there is room for 16 letters but keep in mind the text will read smaller.

You can put pretty much any short text or wording inside the candy — names, initials, dates, a business name, or a short personalised message. Simple, clear wording tends to show up best inside handmade rock candy, so it's worth keeping it short and easy to read. Maximum 14 letters for the text to be legible.

Standard turnaround is typically 3 weeks, depending on order size. We recommend ordering early for events. Urgent orders required within 2 weeks can usually be accommodated with a 10% production fee.

Yes, usually we can accommodate text candy for urgent orders for events, conferences or office parties. You can still order online, or contact us for confirmation before ordering. To fit your order into production and deliver on time a 10% production fee and express shipping may apply. Please contact us.

Keep it in a cool, dry place away from heat and moisture to maintain quality and appearance.

The design tool will help you create how you want the candy to look. If you have a custom colour just choose 'custom colour' in colour picker and we will match to your choice. We are unable to make small run samples as the candy is made as a batch. We will create the candy to match the mockup in the design tool.

We recommend maximum 14 letters with the option of 16 however the text will read smaller.
