Our rock candy has a long shelf life, but freshness depends on how it’s stored. When kept in airtight jars, the candy can maintain its hardness and quality for over two years. If stored in bags, it is best enjoyed within 6 to 12 months, as air exposure may gradually soften the texture over time. Even after this period, the candy remains safe to eat.

We operate exclusively online and ship across Australia. Standard delivery is free for mainland Australia and Tasmania, while additional shipping fees may apply for offshore or remote island locations.

Our candy is made using a simple ingredient base and is suitable for a range of dietary preferences. It is vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, and Halal certified. Ingredients include sugar, glucose, flavours, colours, citric acid, and soy wax. If you have specific dietary concerns, we recommend reaching out for confirmation.

Pricing depends on the design and quantity ordered. As a general guide, there are approximately 450 pieces per kilogram, with base pricing starting from $325 for a 3kg batch for simple designs such as initials or short text. More detailed designs, including longer text or logos, will increase the cost. Packaging options such as jars, bags, or labels are priced separately through the design and pricing tool.

Most personalised orders require approx 3 weeks for production. When placing your order, you should enter the date you would like to receive the candy rather than the event date. It is recommended to allow at least seven days before your event to ensure delivery arrives on time. Urgent orders can usually be accommodated with a 10% production surcharge for deliveries required within 2 weeks. Please contact us if you wish to discuss.

Urgent orders can often be accommodated within a shorter time frame of around two weeks, depending on availability. A priority production fee of 10% may apply, and express shipping may also be required. Our team will confirm the details with you before proceeding. Please contact us if you need further clarification.

Yes, we free ship standard on mainland Australia and Tasmania. Islands off the coast of Australia will incur additional shipping fees.

Yes, we are halal certified.

We recommend keeping names to 14 characters or fewer so the text sits nicely within the candy — we can stretch to 16 if needed but the text will read smaller; shorter names read bigger and bolder. If you're not sure how your names will fit, get in touch and we'll help you work it out.

Because our candy is handmade in batches, it isn't possible to produce individual samples ahead of a full production run. We'll talk through your design, colours and wording with you beforehand so everything is confirmed before we start making your order. The design tool will help you create how you want the candy to look. If you have a custom colour just choose 'custom colour' in colour picker and we will match to your choice. Yes, we can recreate your business name (or logo) inside handmade rock candy, so it runs right through the centre of every piece rather than just sitting on the surface. It's a popular choice for corporate gifts, trade shows and branded promotions, and we can match your business colours as closely as possible.

There are 2 options for letters:
1-6 letters the base price starts at $325
7-14 letters base price is $465
The maximum letters we recommend is 14, however there is room for 16 letters but keep in mind the text will read smaller.

Candy with a logo inside base price is $645.
Text candy option 1-6 letters base price $325 and 7-14 letters base price $465

We recommend allowing turnaround of 3 weeks, so it's best to get your order in as early as you can once your event date is locked in. When you order, enter the date you'd like the candy delivered rather than the event date itself, and build in a few extra days either side just in case. Running short on time? Urgent orders can usually be accommodated and a 10% fee may apply if required within 14 days to fit you into production and queue jump.

We are unable to make small run samples as the candy is made as a batch. We will create the candy to match the mockup in the design tool.

There are approximately 450 pieces of rock candy per kilogram. This makes it easy to work out roughly how much you'll need based on your guest numbers or event size if you are ordering bulk — as a general guide, a 3kg order gives you around 1,350 pieces.

Our wedding and text candy starts from a 3kg batch, which is the minimum order for most designs except for branded/logo candy. If you're after a smaller quantity for a personal gift or only want a small amount for your logo get in touch and we can advise best options.
