Our rock candy has a long shelf life, but freshness depends on how it’s stored. When kept in airtight jars, the candy can maintain its hardness and quality for over two years. If stored in bags, it is best enjoyed within 6 to 12 months, as air exposure may gradually soften the texture over time. Even after this period, the candy remains safe to eat.
We operate exclusively online and ship across Australia. Standard delivery is free for mainland Australia and Tasmania, while additional shipping fees may apply for offshore or remote island locations.
Our candy is made using a simple ingredient base and is suitable for a range of dietary preferences. It is vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, and Halal certified. Ingredients include sugar, glucose, flavours, colours, citric acid, and soy wax. If you have specific dietary concerns, we recommend reaching out for confirmation.
Pricing depends on the design and quantity ordered. As a general guide, there are approximately 450 pieces per kilogram, with base pricing starting from around $325 for a 3kg batch of simple designs such as initials or short text. More detailed designs, including longer text or logos, will increase the cost. Packaging options such as jars, bags, or labels are priced separately through the design and pricing tool.

Most personalised orders require between 3-4 weeks for production. When placing your order, you should enter the date you would like to receive the candy rather than the event date. It is recommended to allow at least seven days before your event to ensure delivery arrives on time.
Urgent orders can often be accommodated within a shorter time frame of around two weeks, depending on availability. A priority production fee of 10% may apply, and express shipping may also be required. Our team will confirm the details with you before proceeding.

Yes, we free ship standard on mainland Australia and Tasmania. Islands off the coast of Australia will incur additional shipping fees.
