We can closely match most brand colours to keep your candy consistent with your identity. Every batch is hand-mixed, so there can be slight variation, but we aim to get as close as possible to your brand palette.

Because each batch is handmade, it isn't possible to produce a small one-off sample before the full run. What we can do is talk through your design and colours in detail beforehand and supply a visual mockup so you know exactly what to expect before production starts.

Production time depends on the complexity and size of your order, but you're generally looking at a few weeks. If your event is coming up fast, let us know — urgent orders can usually be accommodated. If required within 14 days a 10% fee applies to queue jump our production schedule.

We offer clear cello bags, zip bags and jars for branded candy, all suited to client gifting, events, staff parties or handing out at a stand. If you'd rather package it yourself, bulk options are available too.

We recommend allowing turnaround of 3 weeks, so it's best to get your order in as early as you can once your event date is locked in. When you order, enter the date you'd like the candy delivered rather than the event date itself, and build in a few extra days either side just in case. Running short on time? Urgent orders can usually be accommodated and a 10% fee may apply if required within 14 days to fit you into production and queue jump.

Yes, we can usually accommodate urgent branded orders for conferences, launches or office events. You can order online as normal. A priority production fee of 10% may apply, so contact us before you order if you want to double-check timing.

Yes, our rock candy is vegan, gluten-free and nut-free, and we're Halal certified too, so it suits most guests, clients or staff without any extra planning on your end. If you've got specific dietary questions for your event, just reach out and we're happy to confirm the details.

As a guide, there's roughly 450 pieces per kilogram, which helps when you're working out numbers for a trade show or conference. For smaller client gifts or thank-you packs, jars are a popular choice, while trade shows and expos 5-7pcs/bag or 8-10pcs/bag are good options. If you're not sure what to order for your event size, get in touch and we can help you land on the right quantity.

If you're ordering a single batch, it'll come in one flavour, with Passionfruit, Watermelon, Wildberry, Strawberry and Raspberry among our most popular (sorry, no Peppermint). Colour and flavour aren't locked together either, so you can go bold with combinations like green raspberry or yellow watermelon if that suits your branding better. Cancelled personalised orders, including branded candy, attract a $25 cancellation fee if the order is not yet produced. If you need to make changes to your order there is no fee but the sooner you let us know the better, so contact us and we will help with any changes.
